	INFORMATION
	Please Note: We will NOT be taking any new enrolments In Term 4 If you would like to participate in the end of year concert you must be enrolled for Term 3 and Term 4 Students must attend a minimum of 5 classes in Term 4 to participate in the concert. What to wear There is no uniform at the I.W.S.O.D, The Children may wear whatever they feel comfortable in as long as it is suitable for dance. Leotards, tights, stockings and ballet skirts are recommended and shirts and shorts/pants for boys. The correct shoes are also preferred as it makes learning and teaching significantly better and safer. Any questions regarding this please call (02) 9590 7725.
	END OF YEAR CONCERT 2010 Classes will be divided over 4 concerts and are assigned to one of the following dates 4th, 5th, 11th or 12th of December. Students will perform on 1 of these dates only . All concerts are held at Leichhardt Public School. Students are required to be there at 1.30pm for a 2.00pm start. Concert run times are approx 1.5hrs. Costumes are hired for $15 – This is to be paid at the time of your fees and will be added to your invoice. A concert rehearsal will be held on either Sun 21st or 28th November. This will be at Leichhardt Public School and will go for approx 1 hr. A time will be assigned to each class in Term 4. All children must attend at least 5 lessons of Term 4 to participate in the concert A concert note will be distributed in Term 4 Concert dates have been assisgned and will be confirmed in Term 4
	General Information Children must be picked up promptly at the end of their class. They cannot be supervised after class time, as teachers may need to leave to teach at other studios. It is essential that all children go to the toilet before class to minimise interruptions. All parents must wait outside or in our parent's room during all of class time, to reduce distractions. (This does not include the first and last day of term). For urgent messages during class time Paige can be contacted on 0413 847 815. During class your child may be photographed for archival purposes by one of our employed teachers, by another parent or by a hired photographer. You will be notified well in advance if any photos of your child are under consideration for our website or publication of any kind. This includes class time and concert performances.
